Returns & Refunds Policy


We hope you love your purchase, however if you are not entirely satisfied you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.


Eligibility

Returned products must be:

 

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

  • In resaleable condition

 


Hygiene Exception (Beauty & Cosmetics)

Due to hygiene regulations, opened beauty and cosmetic products are not eligible for return.


Fragrances

Fragrances may only be returned if the seal remains intact and the product shows no evidence of use.


Faulty & Damaged Goods

Faulty or damaged goods must be reported within 72 hours of delivery accompanied by photographic evidence.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days of inspection.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

We are not VAT registered; no VAT will be refunded.


Clearpay Instalments

Refunds for orders paid using Clearpay will be handled in accordance with Clearpay’s instalment structure. Clearpay may issue partial or full refunds directly.
