These Terms & Conditions govern the purchase and use of products sold by DZSENI BEAUTY LTD, a company registered in England and Wales (Company Number: 16720535), with its registered office at 43 St. Johns Road, Ipswich, IP4 5DE, United Kingdom (“we”, “us”, “our”).

By accessing our website or placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws of England & Wales.

Products & Pricing

All products offered are intended for personal use. Prices are stated in GBP and are final.

We are not VAT registered; therefore VAT is not applicable and will not be charged.

We reserve the right to adjust prices and discontinue products without prior notice.

Payments

Payment is due in full at checkout unless using instalment services such as Clearpay.

All card payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments. We do not store payment card details.

Clearpay Instalments (Unregulated Credit)

Order Acceptance

An order is deemed accepted once payment has been successfully processed and an order confirmation email has been issued.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders due to suspected fraud, stock issues, pricing errors or regulatory concerns.

Delivery & Risk Transfer

Risk transfers to the consumer upon delivery to the address provided at checkout. We are not liable for courier delays outside our reasonable control.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Beauty, cosmetic and fragrance products may not be eligible for return once opened for hygiene reasons.

Consumer Rights

These terms do not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Intellectual Property

All product descriptions, images, logos and branding remain the property of DZSENI BEAUTY LTD and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England & Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
